I began my work as a lighting technician for the construction of the Apollo Varieté in September of 1997. In the beginning we had to install all the lighting equipment into the architectural shell, mount the instruments, fit the control and power cables, build the followspot and desk areas, connect the dimmers and patch fields...
The venue formally opened in November 1997 and I extended my activities to network administration and assistant to the technical manager.
